For Students and Parents/Guardians:

Beginning Tuesday, September 5, 2023, Dominican Academy will begin using an integrated version of the FACTS Tuition Management and FACTS SIS systems. As of this date you will access your FACTS Tuition Management account via FACTS Family Portal.
 
With FACTS Family Portal, you will be able to:
  • View announcements
  • View school directory
  • View and download documents such as the student handbook
  • View student attendance
  • View student disciplinary records
  • View student portfolio (report cards, progress reports, and transcripts)
  • View student schedule (viewable on week of orientation)
  • View family demographic information
  • Fill out enrollment and reenrollment packet for the upcoming year
  • Pay tuition
  • Pay other incidental fees, i.e. AP exam fees, field trips, etc.

First-time FACTS Family Portal Login Instructions (Reset password steps):

  1. Go to: 
    https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal?districtCode=da-ny
  2. Enter District Code. Our District Code is DA-NY. 
  3. Click on "Forgot username/Password"
  4. Enter the email address that you provided to the school or unique username
  5. You will receive an email from SIS Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password.  
  6. Please click on the link.  A Reset Password screen will open.  Then type in your desired password into the Password field and Confirm Field
  7. Click on the Submit button
  8. You will get message, “Reset Password Complete”
  9. As first-time users, you will need to go through extra security steps such as:
    1. Two security questions and answers (use whenever you call FACTS customer support)
    2. A method to get one-time passcode, either via email or authenicator app
  10. Click “Back to log in” or back to 
    https://sis.factsmgt.com/family-portal?districtCode=da-ny
  11. Enter District Code. Our District Code is DA-NY.
  12. Enter Username
  13. Enter the Password you just created.
  14. You will land on the Family Portals’ “School Home” page
 

RECOMMENDATIONS and TIPS:

  1. go to https://www.factsmgt.com/
  2. Click on "Parents and School Administrators > Log In Here" on the top menu bar
  3. Select "Family Portal Login"
  4. Enter District Code. Our District Code is DA-NY.
  5. Enter Username
  6. Enter Password.
  7. You will land on the Family Portal “School Home” page.
