Tryouts will be held August 26-27, 4-6 pm. Runners are to meet a D.A. and then will proceed as a group to Central Park.

Tryouts will be held at Randall's Island on Monday and Tuesday, August 19-20, 6-8 pm, soccer field #50.

Pre-season team practice will be held on August 21-22, 4-6 pm at Randall's Island, Field 50; September 3, 4-6 pm, Randall's Island, Field 37; and September 4, 4-6 pm, Randall's Island, Field 51. This pre-season team practice is mandatory.

There will be a sleepaway camp at Berkshire Academy from Sunday, 8/24 to Wednesday, 8/27 for team players. This is an opportunity for the team to bond and develop and hone skills with professional coaches. The estimated cost will be $650 per player. Attendance is not mandatory, but strongly encouraged. (Registration for the camp will be sent to the team players after tryouts.)

Summer Soccer Clinic:
- The summer soccer clinic is free and open to all. The clinic is not a requirement for tryouts nor does attendance guarantee you a spot on the team. To register for the soccer clinic, please use this link. The clinic is held at Randall's Island and the dates are as follows:

Swim
Team Info and Try-Outs
Season: Fall/Winter
- Swim tryouts will be held in mid-September, with a confirmed date to be announced once the academic school year begins.
- Students should consider practicing, taking classes or signing up for summer swim camp to ensure they are ready in the fall. Each student must demonstrate the ability to dive and swim a minimum of 50 yards without stopping. She must also have the physical stamina to endure 2000 yards a week in a 1.5 hour practice prior to joining the Swim Team. Swim is a competitive sport where each swimmer will be evaluated for her own safety.

- Tryouts will be held on August 26-27, 4-6 pm at the West Side Tennis Courts in Queens. Both tryout dates are mandatory.
- Pre-season mandatory team practice will be held August 28-29 and September 3-5. The exact time of the practices will be confirmed closer to the date, but will likely be in the afternoon.

Tryouts will be held on August 19-20, from 4-6 pm at St. John's gym, 406 East 67th St. (between First and York Avenues).

Pre-season team practice will be held August 21-22 and August 26-29, 4-6 pm at St. John's gym. This pre-season team practice is mandatory.

- We will offer a conditioning and skills building course taught by Coach Regena Reyes, who is a certified personal trainer and also our D.A. volleyball coach. This is open to all students. Student athletes may register for either conditioning or skills building, or both. Space is limited; first come, first served. Please use this link to register. This course is not a requirement for tryouts nor does attendance guarantee you a spot on the team.
Dates: Tuesdays, August 6 and 13 and Thursdays, August 8 and 15
Time: 4-5pm - Conditioning; 5-6 pm - Skills Building
Location: Gym at St. John's, 406 East 67th St. (between First and York Avenues).
Cost: $100 for each course ($200 for both conditioning and skills building)
- This year, all interested volleyball players are encouraged to attend the Fordham University Varsity Team Camp, July 12-14. This is an opportunity for the players to hone their skills. Although attendance is not mandatory (nor does it guarantee a spot on the team), it is strongly encouraged that interested players attend. Please use this link to register directly for the camp.
