Noreen Doyle, '67
From 2015 to 2017, Noreen served as Chair of the British Bankers' Association, the leading trade association for the banking industry in the UK. Noreen served as Chair of the Board of Newmont Mining Corporation, one of the world's largest gold producers. She is also Chair of the Board of Credit Suisse International and Credit Suisse Securities (Europe) Limited.
In her executive career, Noreen was First Vice President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. Before joining EBRD in 1992, Noreen had a distinguished career at Bankers Trust Company (now Deutsche Bank).
Additionally, Noreen is a member of the Board at St. Mary's University in Twickenham and a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations. She recently retired from the Board of Marymount International School in Kingston upon Thames where she was Chair for the past eight years.
Noreen has a B.A. from the College of Mount Saint Vincent, Riverdale, NY and served on, and chaired, it's Board of Trustees. She is the first woman to receive an MBA from Dartmouth College and was on its European Advisory Board. She holds US and Irish citizenship.
Mary & Jay Sullivan, P'13
Jay and Mary have been a part of the Dominican Academy family since 2009. For the past six years, they have witnessed and been a part of the many positive changes at D.A.
Jay is the Managing Partner at Exec-Comm, a communications consultant firm in New York City. He is the author of two books, Raising Gentle Men and Simply Said, and is a regular contributor on Forbes.com. He currently sits on the Board of Dot Foods, the nation's largest food industry redistributor. Mary has been a member of the Board of Trustees at D.A. since the fall of 2013. As a board member, Mary has served on the President's Search Committee, Capital Campaign Committee, Education Committee, and is chair of the Strategic Planning Committee. She has also served on the boards of the Tracy Family Foundation and Covenant House, NY, a shelter for the City's homeless youth. She is currently a member of the Covenant House International Board.
Mary and Jay are true believers of the Catholic education system and the social teachings that D.A. instills in all its graduates. They are the proud parents of four children and reside in Pleasantville, NY.
