Programs for Prospective Students

All D.A. Open Houses give prospective families the chance to tour our historic townhouse, learn about our academic and extracurricular programs, and speak with current students, faculty, and staff about their experiences.

Our Fall Open House events have concluded.  We will have a Spring Sneak Peek in April.  The Announcement for the Spring Open House will be in February.  

For more than 15 years, we have partnered with Phil Gillen of Elite Test Prep to offer TACHS/ISEE/HSPT prep for rising 7th and 8th-grade students. Get ready to ace your high school entrance exams with content review, practice tests, and valuable test-taking techniques. 

Registration for the Test Prep Program is now closed. It will be open in the late Spring.

Make NYC your classroom as you make new friends at our D.A. Summer Connection Camp for rising 7th, 8th and incoming 9th graders! Each day students will visit a cultural or historic landmark, participate in workshops, activities, and STEM labs taught by members of the D.A. faculty.

Past visits have included the Morgan Library, Museum of Natural History, South Street Seaport, and more!

Registration for our Summer Connections Camp will open in the Spring.
