College Guidance

Each year, 100% of our graduates attend four-year colleges and universities. The 34 members of the Class of 2019 were awarded over $12.5 million in scholarships and grants, and will be attending prestigious institutions in the U.S. and abroad. SCOIR

We are excited to introduce SCOIR for the 2019-2020 academic year. SCOIR is a free service available to all DA students. While Seniors already have their SCOIR accounts, all other students will have access no later than November 1st.

  • SCOIR is transforming the college admissions process from a short-term, quantitative action to a long-term, qualitative engagement. Many schools are now changing from the traditional Naviance program to the new SCOIR network program.
  • This new program will ease the college application process, expand college access and improve results by simplifying research and decision-making process. The user friendly designed software engages educates and facilitates interaction among students, parents/guardians, guidance counselors, teachers and colleges.
  • Check out the SCOIR website and see which colleges are using SCOIR as well as their general user policies detailing their terms, privacy obligations and acceptable use.
  • In order to begin with SCOIR, we need to input some information into the SCOIR system. Please fill out this form in order for us to release student and parent data to SCOIR. Without this completed form, we cannot move forward to implement SCOIR for the students.
