  • Founded in 1897, Dominican Academy is a private, Catholic, college-preparatory high school for girls sponsored by the Dominican Sisters of Peace. D.A. remains the only all-honors school for girls in New York State.

  • Dominican Academy has been twice recognized as a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence by the U.S. Department of Education.

  • D.A. is honored to have been consistently named in the Top Ten Catholic girls' high school in New York State by Niche school rankings over the past five years.

  • Located in a historic mansion on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, close to exciting cultural landmarks and easily accessible by the 4/5/6, E, F, and N/Q/R trains, and Metro North.
