
The Board of Trustees was founded in 1994. Each member serves for three years. It meets quarterly, and is charged with fiduciary responsibilites, and policies and planning for the school. The Board of Trustees Reception, an annual event, raises money for the Board of Trustees Scholarship, the most prestigious scholarship offered to a student. This scholarship was established in 1997, following Dominican Academy's Centennial Celebration. The 2008 recipient of this scholarship was Hannah Sullivan, '11. Board of Trustees 2008-2009 Michael A.
