Congratulations to the Class of 2008! Eighty seniors rejoiced as they received their diplomas on Friday, June 8, 2008 at St. Vincent Ferrer Church. Maria Patricia Baquiran delivered the Valedictory address; Alexandra Lotero greeted the audience as Salutatorian. Katie McCann received the Mother Stephanie Award, while Evelyn Spahr received the All Dominican Girl Award. Dr. Julie Upton, ’63, of St. John’s University, delivered a moving and inspirational commencement speech, assuring the graduates that they, too, would find their calling. Many thanks to all who attended this very special ceremony.
