Caitlyn Sanchez broke the D.A. record for points scored in a basketball season in the team’s game against Cathedral High School on February 7th, in which D.A. won, 45-37. It is a remarkable achievement considering that D.A still has two more league games to play before its expected competition in the CHSAA playoffs. The previous scoring record of 128 points belonged to Dina Ferraiuolo in 2006. Dina is now a civil engineering student at Villanova University.
