Alumnae Serving Alumnae

Mission Statement

The mission of the Dominican Academy Alumnae Association is to foster close relationships among alumnae and to encourage the participation of alumnae in ways that develop the growth and advancement of Dominican Academy. Alumnae work together to support the mission of the school.

Executive Board:

Co-Presidents: Mary Eustace, '04 & Roseanne LoBue Morrison, '70

After serving for two years as the Co-Chair for Special Events, and two years as President, Mary E., '04 may as well have a key to the front door at 44 East 68th Street. She enjoys working with the DA administration, interacting with the current students, and of course serving our alumnae. Available and approachable, always happy to meet people and brainstorm for the good of DA. Passion projects for the upcoming term are to focus on developing events and engaging our network in a variety of different ways. She looks forward to the next two years as President working alongside Roseanne and a dedicated team.

Roseanne, '70, is presently Fashion Director at The Doneger Group, a consulting firm to the fashion industry. She travels extensively to visit clients in South Africa, Europe and Mexico. She has had a varied career in retail since college graduation, from Bloomingdale’s to AMC, J.C. Penney and The Tobe Report. She is married with a son and lives in New York City.

Class Representative Program and Alumnae Communications: Mary Wachowicz Kulhanek, '06

Mary K., '06, has been involved at Dominican Academy since her graduation. As a class representative, she worked to keep her classmates in touch with each other and with the school. In 2012, she became involved with the Alumnae Association and works with class representatives to keep the entire alumnae network connected. She is the person who answers most of the e-mails sent to the Alumnae Association e-mail address. She loves hearing from fellow alumnae! Following her graduation from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business, became a Certified Public Accounting and graduated from St. John’s University School of Law. She is an associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers, specializing in state and local tax controversy.

Special Events Co-Chairs: Lacey Keane, '07 & Adrienne Mountis, '04

Lacey, '07, studied musical theatre at Emerson College in Boston before graduating from the New York Film Academy with a degree in acting for film. Lacey is the founder of The Pineapple Explorers Club, a "mommy-and-me" music class in New York City, and she also performs in numerous children’s theatre productions throughout the world, including The Magic Tree House, The Jungle Book and Ella the Elephant.

Adrienne, '04, went to Cornell University to study nutritional sciences and graduated in 2008. She then completed a dietetic internship at Hunter College and a master’s program in clinical nutrition at New York University. Adrienne now lives in Brooklyn and works as a registered dietitian, specializing in pediatrics and weight management. As an alumna, she has participated in as many DA events as possible over the past nine years, including Career Day, Accepted Students Night, and Rooftop Reconnection. She feels so lucky to be part of the Dominican Academy family and loves being able to give back to the school and to fellow alumnae. She is very excited to be more involved with the DA Alumnae Association as a Special Events co-chair and looks forward to a very fun and productive two years!
